Where Consent Is Collected
Prospects consent to receive text messages from Talon Built in one of two ways.
Scheduling page
Prospects book a project consultation on our scheduling page at book.talonbuilt.com. The booking form collects the prospect's mobile number and requires them to check an unchecked consent box before the booking can be submitted. The disclosure reads:
“By checking this box, you agree to receive appointment confirmation, reminder, and follow-up text messages from Talon Built. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy at talonbuilt.com/privacy.html”

Advertising lead form
Some prospects first submit a lead form served in our advertising. The prospect enters their mobile number on that form, and the consent language quoted at the top of this page is displayed to them before the form can be submitted. Submitting the form is an affirmative act that constitutes consent.
These are the only ways phone numbers enter our messaging program. We do not text anyone who has not gone through one of these flows, and we do not buy, rent, or otherwise acquire phone numbers from third parties.
Additional Form Notice
The same lead form carries the following notice, with links to both policies it references:
“By clicking Submit, you agree to send your info to Talon Built who agrees to use it according to their privacy policy. Facebook will also use it subject to our Data Policy, including to auto-fill forms for ads.”
Program Disclosures
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
Talon Construction sends text messages only to people who have provided their mobile number and affirmatively opted in through the flow described above. Messages relate to your project inquiry, appointment scheduling, and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required in order to receive a proposal, an estimate, or any other service from Talon Construction.
