- Essential/functional: The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com); requests for those resources may be logged by Google in accordance with its own privacy practices.
The Site does not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not host third-party advertising or ad-retargeting pixels. If we add analytics or other technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and our cookie notice accordingly.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information for the following business purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the information you have requested;

- To communicate with you about Talon's services, including following up on prior inquiries;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share personal information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: with vendors that host the Site, deliver email, or otherwise support our business, only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide their services and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- Affiliates and project teams: with Talon partners, employees, and authorized contractors who have a legitimate business need to respond to your inquiry or to evaluate or execute a potential project;
- Legal and safety: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Service; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Talon, our clients, employees, or others; or to investigate or prevent suspected fraud or wrongdoing;
- Business transfers: in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, reorganization, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company; and
- With your consent: at your direction or with your consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to respond to your inquiry, to manage any resulting client or business relationship, to comply with our legal, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the context of the relationship.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The Site is served over HTTPS. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for taking reasonable precautions when transmitting information to us, especially via unencrypted email.
7. Your Privacy Rights
7.1 Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA)
If you are a Utah resident, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act may provide you with certain rights regarding personal data we process about you, including the right to: (a) confirm whether we process your personal data and access it; (b) delete personal data you have provided to us; (c) obtain a portable copy of personal data you have provided to us; and (d) opt out of the sale of personal data or processing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data and do not engage in targeted advertising. To exercise a right, contact us at info@talonbuilt.com.
7.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to: (a) know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you and the purposes for which we use it; (b) request deletion of personal information; (c) request correction of inaccurate personal information; (d) opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law); and (e) be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise a right, contact us at info@talonbuilt.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
7.3 Other U.S. State Rights
Residents of certain other U.S. states (including, where applicable, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others) may have similar rights under state privacy laws. We will respond to verifiable requests to the extent required by applicable law. Contact us at info@talonbuilt.com to make a request.
7.4 Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Talon does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws. Because we do not engage in these activities, there is nothing for you to opt out of in that regard. Should our practices ever change, we will update this Policy, provide a functioning opt-out mechanism, and honor recognized opt-out preference signals (see Section 9). If you have questions or wish to limit the use of your personal information, email info@talonbuilt.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."
7.5 How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above, email info@talonbuilt.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and a description of your request. We may ask you for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and the nature of your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@talonbuilt.com and we will take steps to delete such information.
9. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no industry standard for how to interpret these signals, the Site does not currently respond to legacy "Do Not Track" headers. However, where your browser or an extension transmits a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), the Site treats it as a request to decline non-essential cookies. The Site does not track users across third-party websites for advertising purposes.
10. International Users
The Site is operated from, and intended for use within, the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand and consent to the transfer of your information to, and processing of your information in, the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date and, where appropriate, by other means. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
13. SMS and Mobile Information
- Talon Construction collects mobile phone numbers in order to send text messages related to your project inquiry, appointment scheduling, and service updates.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Text message opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you requested. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required in order to receive a proposal, an estimate, or any other service from Talon Construction. For an example of how prospects provide this consent, see our SMS consent disclosure.
